We were delighted to welcome Mr Richard Pengelly (Chief Executive of the Education Authority) to school today. Mr Pengelly met with Mrs Allen, Mr Clarke, our Head Girl, Victoria and Head Boy, Corey.
He was treated to a tour of the school and described Fivemiletown College as a "hidden gem." Mr Pengelly was impressed by the quality of our students, our pupil outcomes and the fact that we are very much at the heart of the community. He commented on the exceptionally high quality art work on display and thoroughly enjoyed conversing with our Head Boy and Girl.
We wish Mr Pengelly every success as Chief Executive and look forward to seeing the outworkings of his positive input in his new role
